Relaxing there will be less fatigue, less anxiety, better sleep. It is doable.Relaxing is natural when the mind and senses are open.

IN CAPSULE FORM:

  1. DAILY MEDITATION
  2. TIME WITH NATURE
  3. GOOD DIET
  4. REGULAR EXERCISE
  5. HOPE
  6. OPTIMISM
  7. LOVE FOR OTHERS ESPECIALLY THE NEEDY

On these we elaborated in other writings and lectures and other parts of ‘Heart to Heart Dialogues’.  At this time I’ll keep it brief.

Remember, You must be talented in something. 

Oh, you rebut and counter argue.  But mine is not an argument.  Mine is a simple proposal, an observation. Repeating, you must be talented in something. It is against facts and findings not to be.Each has a bag of tools, a talent and choices…You know it.

You forgot it?  You ignored it, still do.  Search, you will find it.  If it is numb, arouse it, it is never deadIt is yours.

The total of you is alive, therefore, your parts and whole lot can
heal and rejuvenate.  True, you are not the healer but the healer
works through you and for you.  Talented in poetry, arts, philosophy or debate, sketching, painting figures and figurines, sculpturing, etc., etc., etc…..Like a swimmer, swim, just dive in.  Begin.  And if the first draft or product is lousy or the second draft or product is clumsy, go for the third.  It’ll get better.  This is the way it goes.
